The Cloud Comfort mattress is the ideal all-rounder offering the benefits of memory foam and pocket springs at exceptional value for money. The mattress features a comfort layer made up of high-density memory foam and high resilient foam layers, with the support of high-quality pocket springs. This creates the ideal system for pressure relief in the places you need it most, enabling better spine alignment while you sleep. At the same time, complete motion isolation ensures you won’t be disturbed by your partner’s movements. The foam-encased spring system has been designed for optimal edge support so you get full use of the entire mattress surface.
Visco Pedic’s new generation memory foam has two important features that set it apart from traditional memory foams in both quality and design:
1. The high-density foam ensures a durable product with a faster recovery response time, which prevents a ‘crater effect’ while sleeping, making it easier to change positions during the night.
2. Open celled polymers allow freer movement of air through the mattress and less heat retention, making for a cooler, more comfortable sleep.
Memory foam is naturally anti-allergy as allergens and pests are unable to penetrate the mattress. The Cloud Comfort mattress also features a hypoallergenic polyester fabric to prevent dust build-up on the mattress surface and ensure easier cleaning.
This mattress is rated medium-firm (7) and comfortably supports weights of up to 110kg per person.
MASTERGUARD’s fabric stain protection prevents oil and water-based stains such as coffee, red wine, chocolate, milk, sodas and other liquids. Spills will bead up rather than penetrating the fabric, guaranteeing easy cleaning and peace of mind.

Delivery
When will my order be delivered if I order now?
Orders are usually dispatched on the first business day after payment has cleared. Thereafter, it takes approximately 5-10 days for delivery to occur. The exact time frame will depend on factors such as the exact location of delivery and size of the order. Deliveries occur on weekdays within normal business hours (public holidays excluded).
Who will deliver my order?
Visco Pedic makes use of reliable contracted third-party transporters with a national delivery network.
Safe Contactless Delivery (COVID-19)
In line with government directions, all our transporters will adhere to strict safety protocols. Every parcel will be sanitised before the order leaves the warehouse or depot. Delivery personnel are screened daily, will wear face masks during delivery and required to sanitise their hands regularly. Delivery personnel are required to maintain social distancing of 1.5m from customers and may only enter a customer’s home if all residents wear face masks. As an additional pre-caution, it is recommended that customers sanitise parcels personally based on guidelines which will be provided.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Under the current COVID-19 lockdown regulations we do not permit any collections from any of our warehouses. All orders shall be delivered by courier only.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
Our distribution office will email tracking details to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. The tracking number may be used to track your parcel directly with the 3rd party courier or with our distribution office. This can be done telephonically or on the relevant websites.
Anything else I should take note of when my order arrives?
It is important that cartons be checked for visible damages and that the number of cartons/parcels delivers corresponds with the number indicated on the waybill. Please note that the number of items you have ordered may not correspond with the number of cartons as more than one item may be packaged in one carton. Should there be any discrepancy or visible damages, this should be clearly indicated on the waybill and be reported to us within 48 hours from receipt of order.
